Eligibility Criteria
Graduates or postgraduates from Commerce / Accounts stream Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts Good communication and analytical skills Willingness to work in shifts and during month-end closing
Responsibilities
- Generate and submit invoices for shipments and services
- Resolve customer disputes proactively
- Follow up with customers for payments and invoice confirmations
- Coordinate with customer/program managers and site finance teams
- Ensure timely accounting of funds received
- Prepare weekly AR reports and AR/GL reconciliations
- Support Corporate Treasury with cash flow forecasts
- Perform month-end accounting activities
- Meet weekly KPIs and business targets
- Support audit requirements
- Assist collections team in managing overdue bills
- Address payment delays with business and management
- Handle customer transitions and integrations
- Provide collection training support
- Resend missing invoices and resolve billing disputes
